Heritage Hill offers PAYPAL EXPRESS CHECKOUT, for secure on-line purchase, 24 hours per day, using four major credit cards: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER. PAY-PAL EXPRESS offers one of the most secure and confidential online systems available. Merchant companies do not see actual credit card information, only the PAY-PAL approval. Note that it is NOT necessary to be a PAY-PAL member to use the PAY-PAL CHECKOUT process.

While we are sure that you are an honorable person, regrettably, personal checks cannot be accepted.

Heritage Hill reserves the right to void any purchase which we deem to be problematic. In that circumstance, a full refund will be issued promptly.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY: (Canada, see below * ) Heritage Hill ships within the Continental United States via United Parcel Service(UPS). Standard Shipping Charges are based upon UPS Ground Delivery, which usually takes 3-5 days. Expedited shipping is available, for an additional charge, by selecting either UPS 3Day Select or UPS 2nd Day Air options.

Please use the UPS Drop Down bar during Check Out to elect a specific UPS option. A customer's location will determine charges. After shipping, customers are sent an e.mail with a UPS Tracking Code to monitor arrival. Your purchase is insured from the time of shipment.

In-stock items are usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days of ordering. Please provide a VALID street address, as UPS WILL NOT deliver to a P.O. Box. Please also provide contact information, so that we may advise you of any unanticipated delays.

All items are packed with a complimentary gift box.

* CANADA: Please note that UPS Ground does NOT deliver to Canada. Effective Nov. 3, 2010: Unresolved difficulties with Canadian shipments and costly Duty Fees have forced us to suspend ALL Canadian shipping until further notice. We regret this decision and hope to find a resolution soon. We appreciate your understanding.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICIES:

Your satisfaction is our most important goal !

If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it, in NEW, UNWORN condition, to Heritage Hill for a refund or exchange, within 10 calendar days of receipt. Personalized items are not returnable. General Sale items are not returnable.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Gift recipients will receive a store credit for another item. Effective September 1, 2008, a 10 % restocking fee will be assessed for returned items deemed to meet the "in new condition" criteria.

Items which reach you in DAMAGED condition must be reported to Heritage Hill within 2 business days of receipt. Please retain all packaging materials. We recommend that you take a photo of the damaged item for your records.

Prior to shipping a return item, please contact Heritage Hill for a "Return Code" number. Include the return code number and purchase information in the return package. We recommend that returns be insured and shipped by either United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please pack items carefully. DO NOT USE PLAIN ENVELOPES. Items which reach us damaged in transit cannot be refunded. Please ship to our business address, listed below.
